WOT NOODLE RECIPE

Whether you’re pushed for time in the week or stuck for cash with payday looming, our Wot Noodle recipe is the answer. It takes less than a minute to whip up if you’re speedy and definitely under five if you like to take your time.

Ingredients:

Noodles

Beansprouts

1 Spring Onion

1 Carrot (polished with skin on!)

1/2 Courgette

1TBS Chinese five-spice

1/2 a stock cube

Ginger

Method:

- Take a plastic container and put your noodles in the bottom

- Fill the kettle and switch it on, we can carry on while we wait for it to boil

- Chop your spring onion and add it to the noodles, along with the beansprouts

- Take a box grater and grate the courgette, the carrot and the ginger and add them to the pot

- Pour boiling water over the mix to cover the noodles

- Add in your stock cube and Chinese five-spice

- Cover with cling film and leave for five minutes

- Enjoy!
