We will be letting you into our kitchen and into our minds like we have never done before.
10 am- Join us for breakfast live on Zoom for a briefing for our next menu ‘C E N T E N A R Y’ This will be a 45min briefing. We include a surprise gift for you.
We will guide you through our creative process and the stories we intend to embrace. Share the seasonal opportunities and the considerations of fermentations and foraging. We will also include preparations from our previous menu that pose further opportunities for flavour.
7 pm- Join us at the Feasted kitchen for tasting, drinks, discussion and dine with us
Gather round our table for a live demonstration of development and deliciousness. We will showcase our discoveries and emerging menu from this process. You will be able to ask questions and even contribute your thoughts.
This menu will be live for our guests to book on Jan 1st and will be running through Feb and March

WHAT TO EXPECT…
10 am Saturday morning… Awake with a gift and an invite to our Zoom Room. Introduction to the day and our creative process. Oppourtunity to ask questions and feel immersed in how we work.
7pm Arrive at Feasted at Spode. Welcome drinks
Cooking discovery begins- We will share our though processes on this gastronomical journey as we present the dishes we have made.
There will be discussion on how we use story and inference in our dishes and how this could be repicated in your own dinner parties
Throughout the evening there will be opportunity to sample creations as well as dine and taste dishes we have created.
